Many reviews of the Copenhagen climate conference have been published so far, but Benito Mueller is able to look at the process and outcome from more complementary angles than most of the other reviewers have. He looks at substance, politics as well as process (very important in Copenhagen), and describes these clearly and analytically. Different to what many of us think, he concludes that “Copenhagen could have done better, but still probably passed the test. The final verdict will depend on what happens next.”
