Eliška Bystricky is specialised in the field of energy and climate change with clients both in the private sector (mainly industry) and in the public sector (European Commission, Walloon Government, French Government). She has over 13 years of experience in energy and carbon management: climate change issues, carbon markets (EU-ETS including preparation of phase 3, CDM/JI, VER), energy efficiency schemes (white certificates), and environmental regulations. Eliška worked 4 years as senior consultant at Ecofys, in France and in the Netherlands, where her work was focused on the carbon markets and energy use in industry; she then managed many complex projects for international institutions and for the French private and public sectors. She previously spent 9 years with Gaz de France on environmental and sustainable development aspects. Eliška is fluent in French, Czech and English and graduated from ENSIGC, the process engineering school of Toulouse in France (Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Ingénieurs de Génie Chimique).
