Mirjam Harmelink (MSc) is Senior Associate at SQ Consult and also managing consultant at Harmelink Consulting. Mirjam has over 15 years of experience in advising governments, businesses and NGOs. She has worked for the Dutch National Environmental Assessment Agency, the energy agency SenterNovem, and in several positions within Ecofys.

Mirjam is a policy expert and has a good overview of policies applied in the field of renewables, energy efficiency and climate change across Europe. Her work focuses on the design, monitoring and evaluation of renewable, energy efficiency and climate change policies across Europe. She has advised a large number of national and international clients in this field including the European Commission, national Ministries, European energy companies and NGOs. Her consultancy assignments focus on the design, monitoring and evaluation of renewable, energy efficiency and climate change policies.
