At SQ Consult we take the privacy of your information and protection of data very seriously. When you visit and navigate our website and when you communicate with us via the website, we will not collect personal information about you unless you provide us that information voluntarily. Any non-public personal information that you may provide via our sites will be used solely for the purpose stated on the page where it is collected. Nomination of Chief Privacy Officer

On 1 February 2018, SQ Consult B.V. appointed Sergio Ugarte Renteria to be the Company’s global Chief Privacy Officer. The role of the CPO is to guide and coordinate SQ Consult's’ compliance efforts on data protection and privacy.

 

Scope of this privacy policy

This privacy policy applies to the actions of the owner of this website SQ Consult B.V. and users with respect to this website. It does not extend to any websites that can be accessed from this website including, but not limited to, any links we may provide to social media websites. You are advised to read the privacy policy or statement of other websites prior to using them.

SQ Consult is not responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of such information.

  • Right to erase - the right to request that we delete or remove your personal information from our systems.
  • Right to restrict our use of your personal information - the right to "block" us from using your personal information or limit the way in which we can use it.
  • Right to data portability - the right to request that we move, copy or transfer your personal information.
  • Right to object - the right to object to our use of your personal information including where we use it for our legitimate interests.

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law. The “Effective Date” reference at the top of this page indicates when we last revised this privacy policy, and any changes to this privacy policy will become effective when we post the revised privacy policy on our Website. Your continued use of our Website or engagement in interactions with our company after we implement such changes also will constitute your affirmative consent to the revised privacy policy.
