SQ Consult conducted a formative evaluation of the structure and effectiveness of the Green Climate Fund’s independent Technical Advisory Panel (iTAP).
The evaluation included over 100 interviews and e-surveys with all major stakeholder groups. The evaluation resulted in several recommendations to improve the structure, processes and composition of the ITAP to increase its value and cost-effectiveness.
