Second round of updating the EU ETS Monitoring and Reporting (M&R) and Accreditation and Verification (A&V) regulation and support to the Compliance Forum in 2019. Work to update the regulations included developing proposed updates of regulations, consultation with the Member States and drafting legal text. Support to the Compliance Forum included operating the secretariat, organisation of conference and training, and promotion of the Compliance Forum.
